Are you Realtors? We are NOT Realtors We are a group of real estate investors that buys houses from people like you in areas just like yours.

When will I hear from you once I complete questionair? Usually within 48 hours. If for some reason you do not hear from us in a timely manner feel free to call us.

How much do I pay for your services? We are not Realtors and never charge or ask for commission when we buy your home.

I am behind on my payments and or in foreclosure are you able to help? YES. However, time is very important fill out questionair asap or call us. We may be able to catch up your payments and stop foreclosure.

My house is condemned or in need of huge repairs can you help? We can help. We can buy your house as it stands or lay. We buy as is.
